Averly Assessment & Consulting operates on a self-pay basis and does not accept insurance. However, upon request, we can provide an account statement and generate a Superbill with the necessary billing codes to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

 

While many clients have successfully recovered some costs, please note that coverage for psychoeducational services can vary. Some insurance plans may cover psychological testing, mental health services, counseling, or testing deemed medically necessary.

Clients have reported receiving reimbursement for consultation sessions and testing hours. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits, specifically for "mental health services" and "psychological testing." Be sure to inquire about deductibles, reimbursement rates, referral requirements from your primary care physician, and whether pre-authorization is needed.
