
Dr. Kara Parker
Dr. Kara Parker is an independently licensed school psychologist through the Ohio Board of Psychology and the Ohio Board of Education, with National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) from the National Association of School Psychologists. She is also a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Findlay, where she authored and led the accreditation process for the institution’s Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program in School Psychology. With over a decade of specialized experience, Dr. Parker is recognized for her expertise in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adults. Her primary focus is on diagnosing and providing tailored interventions for individuals with Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, and a wide range of Learning Disabilities.

Dr. Parker holds a Master of Education and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from Bowling Green State University, as well as an Education Doctorate in Teaching and Learning from the University of Findlay. Dr. Shana Stober
Dr. Stober is an independently licensed school psychologist by the Ohio board of Psychology. In addition, Dr. Stober holds a school psychology license from the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce/Ohio Board of Psychology and is licensed with her National Certification in School Psychology NCSP from the National Association of School Psychologists.
Dr. Stober received her doctorate in education in school psychology from the University of Findlay. Dr. Stober earned her Master of Education degree in school psychology and an Education Specialist degree in school psychology from Bowling Green State University. She graduated from Miami University with her Bachelor's in Psychology and minor in family relationships.
Dr. Stober has more than 15 years of experience in assessment with Specific Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Emotional Behavioral Disorders, Developmental Delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Dr. Stober also has extensive experience with writing Section 504 plans and gifted identification. With previous experience in public and private schools, she has a wealth of experience in evaluation team reports (ETRs) individual education programs (IEP's) response to intervention (RtI), independent educational evaluations (IEE's), and intervention planning to advocate for clients in the school setting. Dr. Stober provides psycho-educational reports, assessments, and consulting support for districts and families. She is proactive in obtaining continuous learning opportunities through conferences and trainings and stays abreast of current psychology trends to better serve the community.
Dr. Stober currently serves as Assistant Professor of the School Psychology program at the University of Findlay. Dr. Stober teaches courses on educational law for school psychologists, psychological assessment, school psychology internship, and behavior modification and positive behavior intervention supports.

Dr. Jon Brasfield
Dr. Jon Brasfield holds a Ph.D. in Educational Research Methodology and a Master of Arts in Counseling, making him an esteemed expert in the field of educational data analysis. As a tenured Associate Professor at the University of Findlay, Dr. Brasfield provides elite consulting services for educational institutions, government agencies, and legal entities involved in cases requiring expert analysis of educational data. Bonnie McCourt, LSW, is a distinguished social work professional with over four decades of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Master of Education in Counseling, and is licensed as a social worker in the state of Ohio. Throughout her career, Bonnie has earned recognition for her expertise in delivering evidence-based parenting programs, specializing in the renowned Incredible Years and ACT (Adults and Children Together) curricula. Certified in both, she has provided transformative parent coaching that emphasizes positive discipline, effective communication, and violence prevention.
